All high-quality materials are supplied, including your frame, so you can focus entirely on the joy of painting. With a live demonstration and one-on-one tuition in a small group of just 8 students, you’ll receive personal guidance every step of the way. 

It’s held in the tranquil setting of The Tree House. This inspiring workshop invites you to slow down, create deeply, and leave not only refreshed, but proudly carrying home your own framed seascape artwork.

Colour Confidence: How to Develop Your Signature Colour Style is a gentle, practical invitation to step into colour with clarity, boldness and joy. Guided by an experienced art mentor with over 35 years of teaching and creative guidance, you’ll explore how to choose colours that not only feel right, but that begin to define you as an artist. All abilities are warmly welcome—this is a supportive, encouraging space to learn and grow.

We’ll begin with a short visual presentation to unpack the foundations of colour, value and personal interpretation. Through a guided demonstration and a simple hands-on exercise, you’ll see how a realistic landscape reference can be transformed through value choices and expressive colour. 

You’re invited to paint along using any medium you love—pastel, watercolour, acrylic or more. Bring your own supplies, come with curiosity, and leave with fresh confidence, new insight, and practical tools to shape your evolving artistic style.
